Here’s a nice little recipe that I found for making fake blood…
Add 1 part water to 3 parts syrup (that’s glucose syrup in the UK and corn syrup in the US. I’m not sure what it’s called in other parts of the world). Then add some red food colouring and mix. You can add a small amount of blue food colouring depending on what shade you want. Some people like bright red others prefer a dark almost black colouring.
Sift some flour or corn starch into your blood to thicken it up and stir it gently.
