random stuff in my life right now

A snapshot of my life as at 10pm on march 11th 2003
I had a dream last night that I was walking around a high rise city from one building complex to another via walkways, staircases and roof terraces without once going down to ground level. Sometimes I would find myself in some atrium or piazza that didn’t really feel like a public place and wondering if I was in fact trespassing in someone’s home. It felt more like a computer game - one of those virtual landscapes which seemed a little bit too spare and clean to have been actually real. I had the feeling that the buildings contained nothing behind their facades. There was also a lion loose in the city. I’m not sure why or how I even knew, but I was pretty sure that a lion was around. Hmm.

Went for acupuncture. My Doctor, Dr –u said I had ying deficiency which was causing an imbalance in my blood which in turn was becoming too hot and dry. This is why I have eczema and get thirsty a lot. I told her that I had a sore throat as well and she jammed two needles into my index fingers. It hurt like hell.

Meeting ---n from channel 4 next week. ---l and I are going to pitch an idea to him and try to get some money to make a pilot. Sometimes the whole TV thing gets a bit depressing but that’s why we’ve been doing the Blunt Club. Doing live comedy means we get our stuff directly to an audience and hear them laugh with our own ears. It’s a good feeling.

The kids are fine. ---y is hauling –m around the place. Her latest trick is to shuffle down the stairs on her bum with him in her lap. He loves it. ---I is watching the football on TV so I’m faced with the choice of reading a book, working, or writing this. The football’s over now. It was a draw- Arsenal 1 Roma 1.
