THE BLUNT CLUB

In case you haven't been to one before, The Blunt Club is a mix of comedy films (made by us), comedy films (made by other people and hand picked by us), a couple of live sketches, a 3D movie and something ridiculous like Saucy Bingo, 'Mick's talk', or whatever messed-up wierdness we can muster. There's also a big free bowl of sweets.

The Blunt Club is on hold while we work on our feature film, "Mick". This may take years and may not be a wise decision but it's a hell of a lot less carrying of equipment for us (until we start shooting and then it's non stop hassle). If we come out of this with anything worth showing then it will be announced to our email list and posted up here, so watch this space...

The relative infrequency of our shows is a reflection of the weeks of preparation that goes into each one by the dedicated Blunt team, involving the sourcing of top quality films from around the world and the complete production and editing of new material by our own studio. Not only that, we write and rehearse sketches and new live bits for every single show and all this shit takes time, let me tell you. Look at Stanley Kubrick. He used to take years to make his films, and where is he now? Dead, that's where. I've kind of let this point get away from me here, but you get the general idea.
